Processing Time We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard: 5–10 business days (subject to Australia Post)
• Express: 2–5 business days (subject to Australia Post)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times vary by location, typically 7–20 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey.

Delays Occasionally, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.

International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Me To You is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

For EU orders under €150, VAT is collected at checkout. For orders over €150, duties may be assessed at the border.
